    FCH1967 Can you describe these “micro-interruptions” in more detail please? Since when do they occur? Is it the DSL link that sometimes goes offline briefly? This would be recognisable by the fact that the LED on the Internet box turns red. Or are packet losses occurring? You can determine this using the ping command, for example. The connection values as requested by WalterB are also of interest.

    So this is not the norm and shouldn’t be, don’t have fibre and don’t have this problem with either of the two TV boxes or watching YouTube movies, no interruptions via the MyCloud either.

      I don’t have fibre either. It’s been happening since I got Box 5. Once again, these outages are rare, only last a few seconds and so the inconvenience is minimal. It’s true that this has never happened before.
