Rauyaupiock81 Ask the sender if he receives an error message/email. It will tell you what’s going on.
Unfortunately, Swisscom’s filters react particularly strongly. For this reason, I have been recommending not to use bluewin for some time now. There are many other mail services that work better. Gmail, GMX, ik.me to name just three. Or you can choose the solution with your own domain.

It’s a golf club with over 300 members from Europe. They send out mass emails with the start times for the weekly tournaments and the results lists. So it’s all noisy and as far as I can tell “harmless”. However, I am not in a position to check all these points.
Unfortunately, the club can’t forward the e-mail sent back by Bluewin with all the information to me. I received it and posted it in this chat, which they were able to copy out.

Hello @Rauyaupiock81
The error message “Blocklisting in force” means that the sender is on Swisscom’s blacklist. Unfortunately, we can’t tell you why or why not, we are customers like you.
My advice is to open and/or use an alternative non-bluewin e-mail address such as gmail, gmx, ik.me.
Bluewin is good for occasional contact with other people. If you send or receive mass emails, you will quickly run out of time.
The easiest thing to do would be to change your e-mail address at the golf club to a “non-Bluewin mailbox”.
If you don’t have one yet, Gmail or the Swiss company Infomaniak with the free domain “ik.me” will most likely allow you to receive these e-mails without any problems.
PS: GMail is particularly suitable for receiving mass emails, as it is by far the most frequently used email address worldwide and therefore no sender can afford to send “non-Gmail-compliant” emails at all.
