WalterB Of course, that’s why I use the 2.5gb port of the router 🙂
illetschiller please report the error via the error tool, thank you.
user109 Where can I find this? I have now performed a factory reset and will observe whether the error still occurs.
Hello everyone,
I have also updated to 15.00.46 and now I can no longer establish external contact to my 2 Wireguard servers behind the IB3.
It still worked before.
I also made a direct connection to another router on one Wireguard server and this connection can no longer be established.
The ports are not the standard Wireguard ports (51820). I thought this might be the problem because Wireguard is already available.
But with only 3 profiles in the IB3 you can’t get anywhere
Does anyone have any ideas?
Addendum: for example, if I release one server on a Fritzbox as an “Exposed Host”, it runs perfectly again
Have you already checked the port forwarding and DynDNS?
To be able to run WireGuard on a Raspi within the internal network of a downstream router, the WireGuard server needs a private port, let’s say UDP 61111 as an example:
- on IB3 forwarding of port 61111 from IB3 to the IP of the downstream router within the IB3 network
- On own router Forwarding of port 61111 from own router to the IP of the Raspi within the own network
- The DynDNS used is best tracked directly on the Swisscom Internetbox, or otherwise using an external service that does not derive the public IPv4 of the Internet access directly from the WAN interface of your own internal router.
With this setup, my own WireGuard servers (I have 2 of them) continue to work without any problems, even in parallel with the new WireGuard server of the Internet boxes.

Hello Werner,
I think I was able to solve it. At least it is currently running. :-)
The ports were/are forwarded correctly, it was apparently the DynDNS.
There it shows me the address of Swisscom e.g. xyz.internet-box.ch and then I had set up one with my personal domain via Infomaniak. When I deactivated this (“Other DynDNS providers”). It worked via the Swisscom address. When I set up the new one from Infomaniak, it also worked and now it works again.
At the moment it works with both.
Apparently the service simply needed a “restart” for the other provider to work properly again.
Before I reactivated the Infomaniak service on the IB 3, I set it up on my Synology for testing purposes and it worked.
What should I prefer, the DynDNS on the IB or behind it on another device?

I have the impression from the beta firmware that it doesn’t integrate very well with myswisscom.
It’s telling me that wireless devices are connected by cable when they’re via the WlanBox2 and sometimes there are problems activating the “guest” host WiFi.
Only Bluetvbox and Wlanbox2 are actually wired.
Does this do it for you too?
Jcornu Please reset the router. Please make a note of all settings beforehand and re-enter all data manually after resetting the Internet box to ensure that no configuration errors creep in from the old backup.
https://internetbox.swisscom.ch/#applications/speedtest Have you tried this speed test?
Jcornu I had sent you the link to the IB with the speed test, it will work 100%.
https://internetbox.swisscom.ch/#applications/speedtest have you ever tried this speed test?
user109 Today the myswisscom app no longer detects my wired Wlanbox2, or at least I think the IB3 doesn’t detect it because it doesn’t appear on the IB3 portal, even though my devices connected to Wlanbox have a connection with the usual speed…
I’m going to try restarting both of them during the e-learning break and see if it comes back afterwards.
