This adjustment is just a price increase!! Not a single customer benefits from this. And then you still have to buy the setup boxes yourself!?! I will look for another provider. After so many years and many disruptions that were not taken seriously!!

I have 4 TV boxes in use. When the new multiroom subscription model was introduced, my Swisscom bill fell by CHF 10.10

I received your letter. It’s an outrageous surcharge for an additional service that I/we don’t have at all

want/will use. As I saw, the additional TV-Box can also be purchased for CHF 99.00.

I would like to buy these because I/we will not be using any other devices. Thank you very much for your feedback.

I would therefore ask you to remove your personal data (customer number) again (on the gear wheel at the top right => edit post)

Unfortunately, buying a TV box does not replace solving multiroom - so you would still have to solve multiroom if you want to use several boxes.

We have exactly 2 televisions and don’t want 6, so we find it a complete impudence, actually a mess, that the second television now costs us an extortionate 98% more (from 5.– to 9.90)

What’s new about this subscription other than the exorbitant rental price. For what do I need a subscription for five televisions in an apartment with two televisions. Dear Swisscom or dear Mr. Thomas Buschor (signed the letter to customers), you are discriminating against a group of people with this surcharge and this is not okay! What’s a two-person household with 5 TVs supposed to do? Does this even exist? But the majority have two TVs. I will be canceling all of my Swisscom subscriptions after more than 30 years.

I find this automatic subscription adjustment a disgrace. We are considering leaving Swisscom (we have everything with them and pay around 200.00 CHF per month). We have 2 boxes and these are enough for us. Even if the offering is expanded, the program content will not improve. It’s a shame that Swisscom treats customers like this.

We will probably also look for another provider. It’s all just a rip off. But what did we expect? Where can you still earn something from the working class and the older people? The retirement home is free anyway. You should be ashamed of yourself

Swisscom is screwing over all of its customers. To capitalize there is no price increase until December 31st, 2024 and now this. That is a price increase. But somehow you now have to recoup the 18 million that you have to pay to the ComCo.

This 18 million should be billed to management.

Swisscom could also give every customer with a multiroom a TV box.

But the customers are only there to rip you off.

I find it really sad and shameful.

More emails like this please. Swisscom should feel the frustration of its customers.

Please raise the fees for those who use or want to use more than 1 box. We don’t need that.

You make new out of old, but unfortunately not better, but more expensive.

Why aren’t we so flexible today and adapt subscriptions as needed? If you want more, you should pay more.
