It seems that the defect I mentioned Under “Post [32](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Cha%C3%AEnes-contenus/Erreurs-dans-l-EPG-sur-TV-BOX -et-l-app-WEB/m-p/701706#M6751), 13.03.2022” repeats for each notification… According to the summary of responses received, each response is double, one not indicated in the letter mentioning the author + X other people not appearing… and then disappearing.

@Anastasie - Invalid HTML tag problems occur when copying/pasting from a WEB page to another WEB page. Typically if the “Post 32, 03/13/2022” has been copied from the header of a response, this copy contains a lot of invisible additional instruction code which is pasted into the new entry, still invisible, but which is not necessarily accepted at this new location. To get an overview of the complexity of a WEB page, right-click in an empty place on the page and from the drop-down menu choose “Show page source code”. It’s very complicated 😉

@Leyla- I am speaking to you because you regularly answer our questions. Please refer to my comment (which was already a repeat) from March 13, 2022 (the exact time has disappeared again) which asked when we will have uninterrupted Arte programs again.
I know it’s not the only channel that has “holes”, but for Arte it seems that the problem started when you changed your program provider. As already pointed out, what is curious is that the programs in the German version are available without interruption…
Many magazines tell us about interesting programs for this channel, but for a few days each week it is impossible… although it would be so practical to be able to schedule the recording immediately…

P.S. At 8 p.m. Sunday, I just noticed that the display “error” repeated Monday evening during the rebroadcast of the series on RTS Deux.
@Leyla - What to do? The press spoke extensively about the broadcast this Sunday evening, March 20, 2022, on RTS Deux, the story of the Montreux Festival and its founder, Claude Nobs. This broadcast will be done in three parts. Why not have continued to give the same title to the 3rd episode which is likely to be isolated in the list of recordings? In any case, it’s already like this if you do research in the programs (via the little house).
It’s Sunday and I think the people responsible for the EPG are not there… Will it be possible to make the correction after the fact so that the three episodes are together? This would be more logical and surely appreciated by people interested in this type of program… Thank you in advance.
In my message “Response to post 30, 1303.2022”, I again asked the question of the weekly “hole” in Arte’s programs. Writing to us “There is no specific program yet. It is still waiting to be determined by the channel which will broadcast it” is nonsense given that these programs are already available on the Arte website and, as already indicated, also visible (a little different) on Arte Allemand… Why suddenly this “hole”?
I would be very grateful to finally receive a response or should I write directly to Blue TV without going through the community?

The “holes” in the programs continue and I would even say become bigger and bigger!
Today, Wednesday April 20, I should be able to schedule my recordings until Friday April 29…. Even if I am willing that we are coming off a long weekend, is it normal for:
RTS Un - programming is only possible until April 26 (RTS Deux OK) and
Arte (French) - programming is only possible until April 24 (German Arte OK)?
Whose fault is it? To the new program provider? If so, might it be time to remind him of his “homework”?
Please, blue TV, do something to put an end to this situation… I don’t mind it being occasional, but now it’s regular and in my opinion it’s hardly acceptable.
More than a year since the change of EPG supplier was made and the quality is still low…
Once again, the TV guide for the Canal+ channel, both on the box and on the iOS app, is completely out of whack.
Currently, for today it shows yesterday’s EPG and for tomorrow, today’s EPG.
And the guide is right in the MyCanal app.
Frankly, this EPG provider is complete rubbish.

You may have noticed, but I have become rather silent in recent weeks… all because I had - and still have - the impression that our remarks fall into a void… There has errors, “holes” in the list of programs, Today try to program something on Arte for Monday January 16…. You will have to wait a few days because for several months, nothing has been done to correct the problem.. “Program to communicate”… then that it is already available!.
If we want to contact Blue TV to report this problem - or another because there are others - we are transformed into a ping pong ball because the people contacted are never the right ones and it’s mission impossible to find out. ’there is really someone responsible for trying to resolve the problems that we report to them…
I wonder how the “new supplier” was chosen… On this side, the promise that everything would be resolved by the end of last year was not kept. I have the impression that we are going backwards rather than moving forward… You will therefore understand why I am giving up… for the moment, hoping however that one day a miracle will occur!!!!

Unfortunately, the days of Swisscom providing quality service and quality customer service are over.
Personally, I left them for telephony 3 years ago for a provider with supposedly bad customer service, Sunrise, not to mention it, and I have no reason to complain about this change. And I’m not even talking about the price, lower than Wingo, for unlimited in Europe and US/Canada and half the price of my old inOne M subscription.
If Sunrise TV improves in the coming months, I might switch, because even if the EPG were to be as bad as Swisscom’s, at least the price helps a little to ease the pill…
Frankly, I’m starting to get tired of being taken for a cash cow just good enough to pay and keep quiet.
