maybe custum tiles maker allows what you want to do?

Just the date is different…
New firmware for 950/XL owners: 01078.00027.15506.020xx (not to be confused with updates to the Windows Insider program software)
Unfortunately, it does not seem to be available in Switzerland yet. From what I have read, it should solve 1 or 2 problems on my list… To be continued…
My wife’s 950 received the text message to activate VoLTE, advanced calling but nothing for mine. But is it really useful?
For updates, I wonder who chooses to make them available to so and so but not to everyone at the same time.
My lumia insiders have not all received the windows update 10586.29 and another is already at 10586.36…
Starting to wonder if these 950s are really top of the range. I have 2 and both have different problems. One will end up in its original box and at the bottom of a drawer until Microsoft moves and fixes these software problems.
The 2nd has concerns, one of which bothers me, it is the loss of random networks, but becoming recurring. However, neither mobile data nor Bluetooth function, seen on certain forums, of which this could be a cause. New SIM card changed when purchasing the device. Do you have any other ideas or do a SIM change, return after-sales service?
For my part, I will install Windows Recovery Tool and start from scratch with an official ROM 0.29 and especially the firmware update…
I’m also going to stay away from Windows Insider because this program is really a bit of a mess… On the one hand it’s great to benefit from the latest updates of the software but on the other hand we don’t receive the updates firmware…
I understand that we are talking about beta versions which contain bugs but I do not see how the installation of a beta version of a software should prevent the updating of a firmware… It is as if the Updating my PC’s motherboard was prohibited because I am using a beta version of WIndows 10 desktop…
In summary, MSFT screwed up the launch of its 950/XL with the simple aim of not missing the end of year holidays and the turnover that goes with it…
