Pretty good, but still a lot of unanswered questions:
1. Can a package only be renewed after it has expired?
2. Is there a way for a package to auto-renew?
3. Will it ever be possible to create a password yourself?
4. If I’m on the phone with IO and then someone calls me “normally” on my cell phone, then it “kicks” me out of the IO app (out of the IO conversation). Will there ever be a way to prevent this?
Hello everyone
I feel like I’m in the wrong movie:
- Swisscom customer for years via business (mobile)
- Swisscom Infinity M subscription
I want to make calls to the Swiss landline network using the IO app.
However, the package is not active in my IO profile, even though it should be.
Multiple calls to customer service - We don’t help you, there is only support via email or chat ==> Help page.
… I can’t find any chat here, just a forum
… I can’t find email support either
I have been an IT consultant for several years and know how to deal with customers.
But that’s definitely not how you treat customers, dear Swisscom.
I have read the FAQ, I don’t know how to get my package.
Thank you very much for any help here.
Kind regards, C. Weber
Didn’t notice any restrictions on the link below?
https://io.swisscom.ch/de/introduction
Only in the notes that Swisscom is not obliged that *iO* should work on every device, but support would have to react to it one way or another.
Device and system requirements
The device and system requirements - e.g. which devices are iO-capable - are available on the iO Support
_Website available. Swisscom is entitled to change these at any time. There is no entitlement to
Functionality of the app on the customer’s respective device
Installationen, Netzwerk, Internet, Computertechnik, OS Windows, Apple und Linux.
Hello everyone
Thanks for the feedback.
I have an iPhone 5, so nothing crazy.
The package is missing from the profile:
When I go to “Buy additional iO packages”, there is no option to register somehow without incurring costs
I am aware that something can go wrong, but I expect Swisscom to help me here.
I also don’t understand how the forum is supposed to help me here, I don’t have any problems with the app or the function.
@Moderator or whoever ==> May I ask that someone at Swisscom take care of this?
Kind regards, C. Weber
You would find the chat here. http://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/hilfe.html But it only works if “experts” are available.
But:!
Support:
Support for the app and the iO service is provided online in the form of FAQs and forums. The respective app store is not responsible for supporting the app.

After a subscription update, unfortunately no calls can be made to the landline again despite infinity!?
I tried using my own landline number and it worked, is that the case for you too?
Not WiFi via the normal mobile phone network!

If your authorizations are not automatically recognized correctly (see http://io.swisscom.ch/packages), we would kindly ask you to send me an email at [ michael.kerle@swisscom.ch](mailto:michael.kerle@swisscom.ch) with the problem and your telephone number. We will then contact you and fix the problem manually.
Thank you very much for your understanding!

@FranK: Can any of you explain what has been adjusted or fixed in today’s latest update v1.1.1 (Android)? Because listed in the Play Store under “New Features” only says: Bug Fixes:smileysad:
What is the timetable regarding rel.1.2 (focus on group chat), does everything remain the same so far?
1.1.1 is purely a bug fix release, which is important in view of release 1.2. Its focus is still group chat.
Hello
At least since the last update of the Android app (1.1.1.13…) [I already give Swisscom the creativity prize for the version number at least] cannot be heard when calling the other party (unidirectional operation).
Galaxy S2, Android 4.1.2
Remote station: iOS 7.x, latest iO
Thanks for fixing it!
