  • For me it was “solved” with a credit note for 6 months - they didn’t want to know anything about a simple activation despite asking twice 😞

    Because of your statement “If you have already subscribed to a TV L and used premium channels regularly, you can continue to use them free of charge.” I contacted support.
    But they didn’t want to know anything about it and there was only the option of a new Top+ for 9.-/month. to subscribe to it.
    As a gesture of goodwill, they promised me a credit for 6 months… but after that I’m back to the same level.
    Since I’m only interested in Eurosport2, it’s not worth the 9.00 to me.
    I had previously used TV L and Eurosport2 regularly… so my question is how you came to your statement….?

  • I was told today by support that this was not possible (despite TV L) and that the only option would be to subscribe to Top + for 9.-……
    Now what’s true?
    Does it depend on who you have in support?
