Hi everyone…my solution was the following:

- TV L switched to M (saves 10 CHF per month)

- Top German+ package booked (costs 9 CHF per month)

The end result was Eurosport 2 again and 1 CHF saved.

The few channels that are effectively missing were previously unknown to me or Ita/Fra, which I ultimately never watch.

Greetings

The blue TV subscriptions were adjusted as of May 23, 2022. On this website https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/tv/senderliste.html you can see which channels new in which package it comes. With the options Top Deutsch+/Français+/Italiano+, premium channels can be viewed for CHF 9/month. be subscribed to. Anyone who has already subscribed to a TV L and used premium channels regularly can continue to use them free of charge.

Kind regards, Raphael

I called support and was promised that there was a breakdown and that Eurosport 2 should continue to be included for existing customers at no extra cost. Please call support! I have M package myself.

@Veufeiprieth58

But this only applies to subscription L, see also post #11:

“Anyone who has already subscribed to a TV L and used premium channels regularly can continue to use them free of charge.”

Hello folks. I tried to call the hotline this morning. The nice gentleman explained to me that Swisscom had made a mistake when switching to blue. They will reconnect Eurosport 2 and Miscellaneous to me on my M subscription. Apparently there are more channels missing, but I didn’t notice that. IMPORTANT you have to call so you can get back to your switched off channels.

I was told today by support that this was not possible (despite TV L) and that the only option would be to subscribe to Top + for 9.-……
Now what’s true?
Does it depend on who you have in support?

In any case, I have the Eurosport 2 again at no additional cost. At the beginning there was a plus package on the bill, but after one phone call the old monthly price is now valid again. Probably not everyone on the hotline knows this yet, so call them and put pressure on them. It is important that your package had Eurosport 2 before the change, as the new L package no longer has it.

Hello @RaphaelG
Because of your statement “If you have already subscribed to a TV L and used premium channels regularly, you can continue to use them free of charge.” I contacted support.
But they didn’t want to know anything about it and there was only the option of a new Top+ for 9.-/month. to subscribe to it.
As a gesture of goodwill, they promised me a credit for 6 months… but after that I’m back to the same level.
Since I’m only interested in Eurosport2, it’s not worth the 9.00 to me.
I had previously used TV L and Eurosport2 regularly… so my question is how you came to your statement….?

That’s right. At first Eurosport was included in the TV program. Suddenly not anymore. I demand. that these programs will be activated again or that the prices will be significantly reduced. I feel very badly advised.

@Plauppuwe90

See the following sentence in post #11:

“Anyone who has already subscribed to a TV L and used premium channels regularly can continue to use them free of charge.”

If you haven’t used it regularly, you now have to cancel the relevant subscription or look for another provider that has better conditions for you.

Sunrise had this in its program until the changeover to UPC and then suddenly it wasn’t anymore. I switched to Swisscom where Eurosport was still there. Now suddenly from December 2012 it will be chargeable?

Show original language (German)

@Plauppuwe90 I think it was meant in December 2022, but that’s not entirely correct either, the change was in May 2022. Changes in the channel bouquets happen every now and then, and this is partly due to rights exploitation, That could also have been the reason for Eurosport 2. The recyclers may not have liked it.

That’s true, unfortunately you have to fight for it with all possible means, even if it’s with emails to the management.
