I want to switch from Swissmobile light plus to prepaid. You will receive an answer over the phone that this will be noted and will be carried out on the expiry date. But no one wants to confirm this in writing. A verbal confirmation is not enough for me. Tedious!
Hello, when sending a message to a specific email recipient (Bluewin) the following message appears:
Failed to send message.
Error sending message: The mail server responded: < b. xyz@abc.ch> recipient rejected, account administratively disabled.
What could be the reason for this? Thank you very much for any help!
Swisscom is still feverishly searching for brilliant ideas to get the frequent technical problems under control. The people at Swisscom could possibly help, as they have now reduced the price of some of them by 10 centimes per month as part of the new subscriptions. (e.g. from Fr. 80.- to Fr. 79.90) 😉
Hello, after switching on the TV, selecting TXT via the remote control does not work. First I have to select “TV Guide”, then press “OK”. Then calling TXT on the remote control works. This procedure is repeated every time the TV is restarted. I’ve already reset the router and TV-Box, but to no avail. Does anyone know this problem? Thanks!
