Email recipient blocked

Hello, when sending a message to a specific email recipient (Bluewin) the following message appears:

Failed to send message.

Error sending message: The mail server responded: < b. xyz@abc.ch> recipient rejected, account administratively disabled.

What could be the reason for this? Thank you very much for any help!

@mallogan try using a different mail provider. e.g. Google, GMX, Hostpoint, etc.

It may be that the email provider or email address has ended up on a so-called black list and is therefore rejected.

It is also possible that the recipient’s account is blocked by the provider for whatever reason or that their mailbox is full.

This message appears if the May address no longer exists or has been deactivated.
