the new screen for viewing my messages is unbearable: only the lower half of the screen is useful, the upper half remains white (for ads???).
moreover for a few days, you have to click on an arrow to view the content of the message, then click again to return to the list of emails….
what manipulations!!!!
This is customer orientation at Swisscom
the new presentation of the screen reduces my vision:
1) from the list of my emails
2) when opening an email the reading field has decreased by more than half with a 10 cm blank banner above: I imagine that soon it will be advertising
In short, customer orientation would like us, customers, to be able to use our messaging effectively.
