Faced with the impossibility of resolving this using modern computer means… I’m going to have to call! It’s sad in our time to see that “specialists” are not capable of providing “simple” and direct tools… which can “satisfy” the customer (just the right paying pig in the end… ). No point in continuing to give me “information” that is absolutely not useful because I don’t have the corresponding menu! Since Swisscom is not one of my favorites, this confirms my opinion (and I share it with myself)!
