My wish list:

-A new TV-Box with the latest Android so that Netflix can also be output in DD 5.1

-New APP’s: DAZN, Twitch and KODI

-All apps can be inserted and sorted into the theme world bar

-The additional packages for German, Francais and Italiano should be supplemented with additional pay TV light channels, e.g. SyFy, even if it costs more

Please give us the 7-day REPLAY function back on TV Air! Us = loyal, long-standing Swisscom customers (Internet & telephone subscriptions with you, but not yet a TV subscription, as your box solution simply doesn’t work as reliably and simply as a DigiCard).

And by the way: The justification for switching off the replay function “because it wasn’t used enough” is pretty unbelievable (Sept. 17).

My spontaneous wishes:

- I have connected a wireless keyboard to the UHD box. It would be nice if you could use it to enter text into apps (e.g. on YouTube) instead of having to laboriously use the pop-up keyboard + FB.

- Other apps: Browser, SC Home App, Apple screen sync, MS File Explorer, option for drive sharing with Win10 and MS server, RDP,

- The UHD box should provide even more technical information (e.g. Speedtest UHDBox <-> IB2, analysis of the streams such as current bit rate, transmission quality,…).

It could have been that you had concrete examples, for example from your colleagues.

Because as I said, as far as we know, we have published everything that is available in Italian. There was already a very large channel activation program that also included the Italian channels. And unfortunately it is simply no longer available as far as I know. This has nothing to do with “not wanting” but with “not being able to”.

However, it can of course be the case that we sometimes overlook a channel and we are grateful if this is reported to us via this channel, for example.

Here is the link to a current thread in the Italian-speaking Swisscom community regarding the topic of channel requests. There are other threads on the same topic.

Further expand the double assignment (hold down for a long time) of the keys.

You should be able to assign number keys yourself for quick access to your 10 favorite apps (hold keys 0-9 for a long time).

Here are my wishes, although they have already been mentioned:

New apps:

- Amazon Prime Video

- Latina (Peruvian TV channel - Android app exists, unfortunately without Chromecast support)

TV-Box:

- Possibility to connect a keyboard or to use.

- Possibility in the theme worlds e.g. actors to record whether “theme” then everything relevant to it appears under this, so you don’t have to keep searching to see if something is available.

It would be even more exciting if you could also use the microphone wherever the on-screen keyboard is displayed… it would be much faster…

I also think it would be nice if I could do search subscriptions. So, for example, I can store a term and be notified when it appears again in the guide.

My wish

Finally smooth, non-crashing apps, so you can do without a second external streaming box 🙂

To be honest, I don’t understand why Swisscom releases or activates more and more apps, but doesn’t do anything about it so that the existing apps can finally run without stuttering or crashing.

The system is based on Android… Why can’t you use the current Android apps instead of such neutered Opera TV or whatever apps that work poorly???

Automatic switching or reminder when the desired post begins.
Of course, it would be ideal if the whole thing happened at the actual start of a broadcast and not at the announced start time.
Private individuals in particular are rather generous with the real start of a contribution.

So a pop-up should appear with the option Switch Yes/No if, for example, I watch SRF 1 and I have marked a program on SRF 2 for 8:00 p.m.
A default setting “Should the switch be automatic?” would be ideal.
Yes - the channel is always automatically switched to when the program starts.
No - I have to confirm in the pop-up request whether I want to switch. If I don’t do this within 30-60 seconds, the channel won’t be changed.

I would welcome it if the conventional SC TV remote control was equipped so that the TV and other devices can also be controlled. In my opinion, the solution with the IR dongle, which usually answers the question “Is there a remote control for everything and if so, which one…” is a step backwards.

Hello everyone

Because it’s almost Christmas, I’m opening the big Swisscom TV wish thread here. Wishes are expressed again and again in various discussions. Here is the new place for it.

  • What functions do you want for your perfect Swisscom TV?
  • What information should be on the home screen?
  • Are there any apps that you miss?
  • Are there functions available from other (TV) providers, or Apps that you miss on Swisscom TV?

Please do a quick reality check before posting. Wishes like free VoD for everyone or unlimited replay don’t really serve the discussion.

No promises can be made as to whether and which wishes will come true. But you can assume that the thread is being taken into account by the product developers at Swisscom TV. And customer satisfaction is extremely important to them.

And now have fun wishing:grin_smile:

I want smooth viewing experience.

But this will probably never come true.
