IPv6 6RD settings Fritzbox 7490

  • Due to the discussion with @Tux0ne at this point, I would like to I’ll summarize the experiences I’ve gained here in a new information thread.

    • IPv4 address of the tunnel endpoint:
      193.5.29.1
    • IPv6 prefix
      2a02:1200::/28
    • IPv6 mask length
      0
    • Enable Set MTU Manually:
      1472 bytes

    Here are my screenshots from Fritz!OS 7.01:

    The incorrectly set MTU led to a routing problem. I can’t say whether this is a malfunction of Swisscom or the Fritzbox.

    Summary for those in a hurry who don’t have the thread IPv6-nativ-mit-FritzBox with 110 (often not constructive) entries want to read:

    Testers and comments there are welcome.

    The question is still unresolved as to whether v7.29 is good enough or whether an update to 7.31 or higher is necessary.
