Hello Hed
Thanks for your answer, what I also noticed is that when I turn on the Swisscom Box from the TV
Changing the radio the radio is also quite loud, so there is a difference whether I watch TV or
Listen to the radio.
As I said, everything is getting easier and easier, grin and I think when it comes to normal values
Will that be his business? I don’t know how you calculate this value either.

Yes, the one with the needle is a factory reset.
It is now difficult or impossible to answer whether the excessively low volume is due to a defect in TV-Box, TV or amplifier or to the adjustment by Swisscom, which for whatever reason was delayed in delivery to you by a few weeks.
I’m guessing the second one, because some users here in the forum report that they have to set the volume on the TV-Box to values between 35 and 50 and then regulate the volume themselves with the FB of the TV or amplifier. This is not very convenient, but according to earlier information from Swisscom, Swisscom TV-Box was set to the standard level while most other sources are too loud, contrary to the norm.
