  • Hello Hed

Thanks for your answer, what I also noticed is that when I turn on the Swisscom Box from the TV

Changing the radio the radio is also quite loud, so there is a difference whether I watch TV or

    Listen to the radio.

As I said, everything is getting easier and easier, grin and I think when it comes to normal values

Will that be his business? I don’t know how you calculate this value either.

Yes, the one with the needle is a factory reset.

It is now difficult or impossible to answer whether the excessively low volume is due to a defect in TV-Box, TV or amplifier or to the adjustment by Swisscom, which for whatever reason was delayed in delivery to you by a few weeks.

I’m guessing the second one, because some users here in the forum report that they have to set the volume on the TV-Box to values between 35 and 50 and then regulate the volume themselves with the FB of the TV or amplifier. This is not very convenient, but according to earlier information from Swisscom, Swisscom TV-Box was set to the standard level while most other sources are too loud, contrary to the norm.

  • Hello

So I don’t know what a factory reset is, but I’m assuming that’s what you do

A needle behind the box can make a reset. Which I have already done without success.

It doesn’t matter whether the box is set to stereo or surround, there is no difference.

At volume 50 on the Swisscom Box.

  • Sound problems with swisscom tv 2.0

  • Hello everyone

Maybe someone here can help me.

For a few days my Swisscom TV 2.0 box has had a quieter sound than before.

I now have to raise the volume about 20 levels higher on my surround system.

I changed the HDMI cable, the Swisscom Box was also replaced, unfortunately everything

    without success.

Radio ist bei mir auch etwas lauter als TV. Soviel ich weiss soll das aber noch angepasst werden.

Auf welche Norm sich die Pegel beziehen, wurde hier im Forum auch mal vor einiger Zeit erklärt.
