Activating BMW i4 E-Sim does not work

I have activated an e-Sim on my company subscription. This E-SIM is visible and active in the Swisscom cockpit. If I now go to the MyBMW app via Menu: Personal ESIM (activate ESIM), on the next page I get the information about the country (Switzerland), mobile phone provider (Swisscom) and then enter my mobile phone number (079xxxxxxx) and will then be redirected to the Swisscom cockpit. I then receive the error message: Unfortunately, this service is currently not available to you. We are working on implementation. I reported this to BMW and they told me that this is a Swisscom issue. Who can help me here?
