Thank you for your contribution! The eSIM problem was analyzed at full speed and with the highest priority with our suppliers and was resolved this afternoon.
Please do the following to reactivate your Swisscom cellular service on the Apple Watch:
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone
- Click on “Swisscom” mobile phone tariff under “Mobile communications”.
- This now automatically triggers an APNS push and the “Swisscom mobile tariff” is recognized again
(if nothing is done manually, the push comes automatically after 24 hours) - Important: A new eSIM does not need to be loaded
