At least in your free time you don’t have to do anything, at most you just want to. That’s ok, but then you shouldn’t complain about the negative aspects and dependencies. My circle of acquaintances has shrunk due to giving up social media, but I don’t regret it for a second.

Only the privileged can take advantage of this advice but for those who work and have genitori elderly people to look after not to mention the countless apps. to pay, the post finance train card etc. etc. I challenge anyone to leave their cell phone at home! We wanted technology… well… As soon as I retire I’ll throw away my cell phone, that’s guaranteed. Happy New Year!
