@DanielD- Thank you for your response… I had roughly understood, but I still don’t understand why (a) by clicking on the link we come across a page on the subject in German and (b) when you change the language you don’t get the French version (in my case), but a completely different page which has nothing to do with the Fusée!!!!
The problem is not recent and I believe that Swisscom still has work to do to resolve all the problems… Note that not being an IT expert, I have no idea if this is a “ bug” difficult to resolve or not… I only see the result, but not the work behind it and apologize to the people responsible for putting everything in order! As you will have understood, patience is not one of my “virtues”!!!!
Good year! 😀😚🎉
Links in notification emails are unreliable. The best thing is to go to the forum and click on your own nickname and then on the number in front of unread notifications (even if it’s 0).
This displays the list of notifications, and since we are already in the forum, the language setting is correct for the rest.
Clicking on the badge name in the corresponding notification opens the full list of all badges received.
By clicking on a specific badge, it flips to show its meaning.

If you consult the forum section on the German part of the forum the emails received in this same period of time correspond to the German language even when you no longer consult the forum it remains in the last language chosen. Once you come back to consult the French-speaking part, it comes back completely normally.
This will happen in the same way for a visit to the forum in Italian or English language.

@LeylaG - First of all, Happy New Year!
If memory serves, the transition to a new EPG provider was supposed to be completed by the end of 2021. Is this the case? I doubt it, especially since I have noticed “oddities” which I am listing as they appear. In any case, for the moment, I have the impression that we are going backwards rather than moving forward.
A confirmation that the “project” is finished would be very appreciated because I don’t want to “grouse” unnecessarily if all the negative points then disappear as if by magic.
When the time comes, I will then be ready to explain my summarized remarks with a manager and will therefore make an appointment beforehand. For now my list includes 12 points!!!
Hello @Anastasie, hello everyone,
The change of supplier is indeed complete.
As in the past, you can continue to send us your comments about the TV Guide via the Community. We will pass them on to the responsible team. Improvements are already planned for the second quarter of 2022.
Happy New Year everyone ⭐
@Anastasie, if a document or PDF file needs to be sent to us, I recommend that you complete our contact form. You can click on “To the form” here. Simply mention that you would like to be called to discuss said document.
Beautiful rest of the day
Several times I have mentioned that very often the “illustrations” (vignettes) accompanying the programs do not correspond at all to the subject of the program. I just came across the illustration above and can’t help but share it with the community (for people who don’t speak German; it’s about equal rights for women in the former GDR)!
Sorry, but I focused on the first part of the description and only clicked on the little cross when I was taking the photo… Seeing the photo, I said to myself that the clergyman with his hands joined in the middle must have been someone important, but not being Catholic I did not recognize Pope John Paul I (did he not die shortly after his “election” to the pontificate?) .
Once again, my apologies, but after seeing Victor Hugo’s portrait illustrating the life of Prince Philip of England, I said to myself that we could expect anything!!![upl-image-preview liId =45288iA7CD57FCB5EF77E2 alt=2021 12 18 Strange portrait.jpg uuid=8d3a2f45-8262-48c8-9915-cff9eddaab92]
Curious, my message has disappeared….
@Doremi - Thank you for your information. I also noticed it shortly after sending my message… Maybe it’s a little thanks to me!!! The important thing, however, is that the program is visible.
Have a good end of the evening.
P.S. I wanted to add a “like” to your message, but I’m not sure if it was saved.
Anastasie You can see if a “like” has been recorded, just hover the mouse over the hand, then the names of those who gave a “like” are displayed.
In this case, your like is saved 🙂
In addition, you can see on your hand whether you have already given a like or not. Notice the difference:
- > We have already given “like”
-> We haven’t given a “like” yet
