Reset email password
To set up your email account on your device, you will need your email password. Have you forgotten your password or would you like to change it? Set a new one in My Swisscom.

Hello - I don’t remember how it came about - they are the email addresses from the internet subscription - and I probably added the other two service packages light there somehow - or Swisscom did this once - I have no idea. Since one of these two is a very important “box”, I would like to practice with the other how to put it into the main 5 package first. However, the process requires the password from the service package light, which I no longer remember - and back then there was no option to set up the “notification channels”. So I have so far failed to set a new PW there. - I was already able to successfully “pull” an account from the set of 5. But my problem is that, as in the screenshot above, the option of resetting the PW via the portal is not available. - This probably has to do with the fact that this is not really integrated into the account and is only displayed (so with only r rights…).
That seems pretty “tricky”. You may have different accounts at Kundencenter mySwisscom:
