Good morning,
The agency that hosts our Community has been carrying out updates for several days. So, for the majority of us, the pages are published in a mix of French, Italian and English with from time to time a small transition to German.
Don’t worry, this is not a new display that we are testing 😉. A fix should be quickly implemented so that each user browses the Community only in the desired language.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Happy Sunday everyone!

So since August 23 and Nathalie’s response, the mixing problem has not yet been resolved… This must be a really complicated problem.
We could add that the parameters chosen concerning the display of message dates and the order in which we wish to see the messages are absolutely not followed… I asked to have the most recent message first and all dates and not X hours ago, yesterday, etc. I did the maneuver X times, but it didn’t change anything. It’s still a complete hodgepodge…
Hello @Anastasie
The problem with the display of titles in Italian on the Community home page in French was corrected this summer.
Concerning the display of dates, the display of “relative” dates (the ones I use personally) displays:
- the day of the week for messages that are 1 to 6 days old
- “yesterday” for messages from the previous day
- "x hours ago, for messages published less than 24 hours ago
If you opt for displaying “absolute” dates, the days of the week will be replaced by “x days ago” and “yesterday” by “1 day ago”.
In all cases, to know the precise date and time, simply hover the cursor over the date concerned.
Cordialement
According to a response received (sorry, but I don’t remember exactly who *), the fault is known and should be corrected… The only thing is that we don’t know when… I’m not a computer scientist , but I imagine it shouldn’t take forever to remove a simple E (Unresolved Topics)…. but with Blue TV, you have to expect anything.
* I would love to be able to simply browse the flow of messages on this subject, but it is impossible unless we do X number of maneuvers so as not to lose what we have already written. I think it was Stephanie C, but I’m not 100% sure. My apologies.
Unresolved topics -> Unresolved topics: yes that’s well seen, congratulations, but it remains a grammar detail, not necessarily very serious or urgent at the moment
the hare raised by @Doremi concerns subject groups in English
example Channels & Content instead of Channels & contents in French

__A tip on this point:* open several tabs in the browser with Swisscom Community (Swisscom Community)
each tab with its own utility or function: reading, writing, different topic, etc.
this allows a better vision and simple reading of the message flow, without loss of data in progress
without having to reload pages and later return to a subject to answer it

@Black Mamba - Thanks for the advice that I will follow from now on!
For the rest, there are many comments that could be made regarding the descriptions either on the site or in the EPG.
Good day.
