Nothing at all!

More and more crashes, slowness, black screens. You want to go back 10 seconds, you find yourself at the start of the program 20 minutes earlier. It works the same way when you want to move forward thirty seconds, you find yourself at the end of the subject.

Plus everything else already listed (deletion of information among other things). You shouldn’t dream. The 1st OS1 team did a great job. The next team OS2 & 3 set out to destroy everything.

A bit like in the USA with an “elected president” who has only one priority: to dismantle everything that was done by his predecessor.

We’re not laughing at all anymore!

Hello, same thing for me, it bugs everywhere. The flashbacks which make completely random jumps, the remote control which zaps twice and the third it flashes red/orange (it hasn’t done that to me for a long time actually) some replays which refuse to start but the must There remains the volume which decides to increase completely without being able to do anything because the remote control decided that it was the right moment to do a little Christmas tree flashing red/orange again. 🙂

It makes me laugh more than anything else but I can understand that it annoys.

It’s the same with me! Big disappointment with this OS3.

Sound volume issues and completely random 30 second “forward”. It can skip 5 minutes.

More serious is the repositioning on the previous cessation of viewing of a program which no longer works at all for me. We want to resume reading from the moment we left off the previous day and we find ourselves anywhere, except at the beginning of the show.

Tonight black screen and choppy sound! It was necessary to do a reset to restore the TV-BOX Box to more or less condition.

Fed up with these constant bugs!

Swisscom must take these complaints very seriously, because many customers are likely to turn their attention to Salt, whose offer is significantly cheaper.

TV Guide is showing details for every show again! Like under OS1. It was missing a lot and it’s back. So a big THANK YOU! (you don’t just have to express yourself when things aren’t going well…):thumbs_up:

On the other hand, still no display of the time of the next broadcast in the lower banner, only a “starts in” which is practically illegible and above all not practical for the 90% of customers who do not know how to add hours & minutes. To be submitted as soon as possible, thank you.

it will (perhaps) come… But as I said there is progress in terms of the TV guide returning to its original version.

Another new feature: The 10 second recoil (which was very good in my opinion) has disappeared in favor of a recoil of… THREE seconds. Totally useless. If you press a 2nd time you have a setback of SIX seconds and if you press a 3rd time a setback of… 20 seconds.

As for fast forwarding 30 seconds per press, if you’re lucky it works. Otherwise, you find yourself 5 minutes later or at the end of your recording…

According to them, our customers are generally more interested in knowing how long the current show is, rather than the start time of the next one.

The current display makes best use of the space available and adds clarity and understandability to the information displayed.

A tip: the start time of the next show can be easily viewed by pressing the right arrow a second time.
