For me, TV2.0 displayed the messages STB-UI-10204 and STB-UI-10207 when I selected Replay. [I did several tests - these messages appeared on every attempt.] This error never occurred before. Restarting the TVBox helped.

However, someone else has to decide whether this can be related to the beta router firmware.

Replay with TV Box 2.0 works properly over LAN.

Have you ever performed a “disaster recovery” on the TV box (on the back)? So a complete reset of the box instead of a restart?

Hello @gur_helios, thanks for your advice. My TVBox is running (and of course via LAN). The problem I described no longer occurred after restarting the box. Depending on where the source of the problem is, it could of course be related to the IBS Beta firmware - that’s why I posted it here.

Hello everyone

So, I’ve been having real problems since installing the beta.

I’m currently only talking about interruptions.

Additionally, my status consistently shows the following status

Does anyone have any idea what could be related to this?

… Thanks.

Then another phenomenon that I noticed.

I tried to save a backup (with beta FW) in Kundencenter.

This doesn’t work. I get the error message shown in the image.

Is this known? Or does this fundamentally not work with betas?

I can save the backup locally without any problem…

This error has been there for a long time and may exist even longer. I have always saved my backups on my PC, mainly because of the contact list, which was no longer there when I saved it in Kundencenter.

Of course, these errors will also be fixed, but you can still live with it for the time being.

OK. Thanks for the info.
I only noticed it today because I installed the beta again. Previously the backup worked via Kundencenter - now no longer. But of course local is also an option 😉

Thanks.

5 days later

Hello everyone,

I had the beta on the box for 1 day. Since then 2 interruptions to the internet. I didn’t have these problems with the official firmware. That’s why I went back to the official firmware. (Internet-Box plus)

When was the beta in use? Yesterday and the day before yesterday there were general network problems.

A day is therefore not a day, you should have been gaining experience for a long time in order to judge a release.

Hello V hed,
I played it last night and went back again today. The last interruption was this evening at around 11:30 p.m….there shouldn’t be any problems with Swisscom this evening, right?
But of course you’re right, a day is already too short for a statement, but I don’t need any interruptions at the moment…that’s why I went back…

Since installing the beta firmware on March 25th on my IB PLUS and on March 26th on the IB Standard on my Eltern, no interruptions or other problems have occurred so far.

The beta is going very well for us.

A small bug that previously occurred with the Gigaset S850 HX when deleting the call lists in the IB Plus and Standard was probably fixed with the beta, now it works immediately.

Also, on the IB standard of my Eltern, the massive echo that the person opposite had during a conversation (e.g. me:smileywink🙂 disappeared when you made a call with an analog telephone via IBS.

Well, since installing the beta I’ve continued to have interruptions. Also in the area Swisscom TV. Actually the most there.

Did you switch the Internet box completely off and on again after installing the beta firmware?

Swisscom TV 2.0 could perhaps have caused problems with the failure of the power supply and then corresponding problems.

N.B. What exactly do you mean by continued interruptions, were these already present before the update?

An update: thanks to you, we found various bugs. Especially in the area of DECT and the general stability of the firmware. We are now working on finding the reasons for this and then fixing them. I can’t say a timetable. Anyone currently having problems with the beta should switch back to the latest official firmware. Otherwise we will make a new version available at some point (soon).

Yes, I restarted the box several times. There was even a technician on site.

I also completely reset Swisscom TV 2.0 last night. Continued problems and failures.
***By failures I mean that the box consistently loses the internet connection. (TV is connected via LAN).

These interruptions have occurred since the BETA was installed. I didn’t have any problems here before.
