I also got my iPhone 6 PLUS 128 GB on September 19th. Ordered at 7:30 a.m. and haven’t received a delivery date yet.

Slowly but surely you are realizing that iPhone 6 Plus with large memory in particular are not being delivered!

If Swisscom announces that it will operate according to the FIFO principle, it should be done that way. If someone places an order on September 19th, it should also be processed before the order on September 20th. No matter what channel the order arrives through. The date the order was placed should count. Otherwise I can say straight away that trading is not carried out according to the FIFO principle. When I pre-ordered the iPhone 5, I received a possible delivery date within 3 days. And the delivery date for the iPhone 6 is still a long time coming.

@mrcel I chatted with a Swisscom employee earlier. But don’t think that helped. Thanks to the lady’s talkativeness, I now have a little leverage regarding FIFO, which I will rub under the noses of the Swisscom employees in the shop this evening and put pressure on them.

You don’t seriously believe that a Swisscom shop employee has even the slightest hint of power to intervene in the order. Fortunately! Because otherwise all of us who don’t have such an employee as a colleague would be stuck for a few weeks 😉

Have any of you not received the tracking number from the post office via the hotline? I even called beforehand and the lady didn’t have a number either.

Ohh… the shop employees will shit their pants straight away if a 20 year old comes along and puts pressure on them…

My goodness… I would like to see you if you worked in a shop and one iPhone freak after another complained about the same crap. Go easy on the poor souls - they already have it hard enough! And do something for your karma - it definitely needs it!

Whether you get your iPhone tomorrow or in a week… my goodness, the world won’t end!

When I went to the Swisscom shop for the iPhone 5, I was given a case for the iPhone as compensation for the long waiting time and I didn’t have to pay the first monthly bill for my subscription. If I don’t receive the iPhone 6+ in a reasonable time or if I see that Swisscom isn’t strictly adhering to the FIFO principle, I’ll put pressure on it.

I agree with you, they (shop employees and call center) really can’t do anything about it. These are the wrong ones who are being bullied.

But whether someone wants to receive their iPhone tomorrow or in a week or in a month, I don’t think it’s allowed to judge!

Apparently many 64GB customers have already received new dates and all 128GB customers still have the date 3.10 as a possible delivery date? Hmm…

I tried to order a 128GB iPhone 6 at 12:05 on September 19th, unfortunately Swisscom had a technical problem and I couldn’t place my order until around 4:00.

Could it be that there is a shortage of 128GB? I haven’t read a single entry that will receive the 128GB tomorrow. It’s quite sad…

I was able to order 6+/128/silver at 01:31 (tried from 00:01 ;-))
Delivery date October 3rd

I hope that they have processed it according to size, from 16GB to 64GB to 128GB 🙂

One can still hope until today at around 4 p.m., then the parcel shipping will probably be over 🙂

I don’t have a tracking number, but apparently you don’t need it.

The current status of the mail is uploaded directly to the “Order Status” page.

Unfortunately the status is still the same, i.e. the package has been lying around in Bern for 24 hours.
