good story why I was moved back 4 WEEKS in the iPhone 6 queue:
1. New Swisscom Infinity XS subscription completed in August (I use it with my old iPhone 4s)
2. iPhone 6 plus 128 GB silver ordered (on September 19th) with Infinity M subscription extension (upgrade)
3. Internet with an Infinity XS subscription was too slow for me and I wanted to upgrade to Infinity M before I received the iPhone 6 so that I could use the faster speed on my old iPhone 4S.
4. I then receive a new order confirmation for the iPhone 6 Plus dated October 10th (for whatever reason - I didn’t do anything with this order!).
5. When I asked Swisscom customer service, they confirmed that I should not have changed my subscription before receiving the new iPhone. This meant that I was now put at the back of the queue for the iPhone 6 plus… there’s nothing you can do about it. the waiting place cannot be restored.
6. I have now canceled my order. look around at the competition. incredible.

So, I’ll speak up for the last time here:smileyvery-happy:
Just picked up my iPhone 6 Spacegrey 128GB from the post office. Awesome part! I wish everyone who is still in the “SC waiting loop” a lot of patience. But it’s worth the wait, I promise!
Greetings

when did you order? Since I only ordered on September 25th, I expect a waiting time of 1-2 months. But that’s ok, I knew.
Even if Apple is primarily responsible for the long waiting time, I have to say the following about Swisscom. I ordered some iPhone 6 128GB space gray from various providers on the first day. Just in Case:smileyvery-happy: I was able to receive 3 of 4 devices on the first day of sale. Only the Swisscom device took 3 weeks. And this even though I ordered it there first. (09/19/2014 1:35 a.m.) This is quite an indictment. I was also charged for an incorrect Betrag. All in all very disappointing. I hope things get better at some point. After 7 generations of iPhone, I simply expect more from the leading provider. Especially regarding the order process, information policy and delivery times. Don’t get me wrong, I am and will remain a loyal Swisscom customer. But hopefully Swisscom will improve its reputation as a leading provider in the future more than it did this time. In round 9 or iPhone 7 I can then see if anything has changed. Hope dies last:smileywink:
