Hello, me too today the replay works half of the series and hop it jumps to the next episode. So out of mistrust I recorded it and it’s the same problem. So I don’t have the end of the episodes. Hard and fed up. Since April I have had this system, I have spent more time with the hotline than with my family!! LOL

Good evening, does anyone (even Stèphanie) have any news regarding certain channels that cannot be recorded????? it’s very annoying and having 1000 hours of recording doesn’t do much good!!!!

We started with swisscom 2.0 and I was able to record all the channels. Thank you in advance for responding. Greetings

The recording function is currently unavailable on some channels. The main channels affected are those that do not have Replay, in particular TeleClub, Canal+, the various ethnic bouquets as well as the HD programs in the various paying packages.

Typically, the error message you indicate: “Unable to record programs on this channel due to legal restrictions” is displayed when a recording attempt is made. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes you and we apologize. Resolution of this disruption is underway.

It’s really weird, at home I don’t have this problem, I can program channels that are not in replay without any problems, at least the ones that I use often….

I assume you’ve already called the hotline? Since it only seems to concern you, you have to put pressure on them to resolve this quickly…

This is normal: non-replay channels can be programmed to record a program that has not yet started. On the other hand, if you watch one of these channels live, it is not possible to control the recording by pressing the red button. Hopefully this problem will be resolved quickly by Swisscom.

I have the same problems as those you mention and in addition most of my recordings are unreadable because they freeze after 5-6 minutes…
Will Swisscom agree to rent to us for free the films that we were unable to record?
In fact, with STV2 we are returning to good old analogue TV. So, for the price, live TV is expensive!

When I watch a recording and it comes to the end, on the screen it says “watch the next episode” this is normal but before the last update there was the possibility and function to delete the episode we just saw, is everyone the same as me where it’s just my Swisscom TV 2.0?

If they removed it with the last update, that’s a shame. Thank you in advance for your answers

I had an Android app update yesterday. So I tested if this version finally took the before/after parameters into account.

It’s getting better, but it’s still not the parameters defined in the box that are taken over. With the App (like on the Web), 2 minutes are added before and 10 minutes after.
