BlueTV from laptop: Website no longer works after film

Hello everyone,

We watch BlueTV from our laptop with an HDMI cable during our holidays. If we have watched a pre-recorded film, we can no longer use the website. Deleting is not possible, nor is returning. No input is accepted. We always have to refresh the page first. This is new.

Does anyone know the reason for this and how we can prevent it?

    restart the laptop and test
