No, that’s not possible. It is also pointless, as everything is possible via VPN connections anyway. The router itself is not really accessible from the Internet anyway. Everything is blocked or protected. And if you have not activated UPnP on the router, which is deactivated by default, then the risk is further minimised.
The biggest risks are outdated, unpatched devices (NAS, IoT, etc.) and yourself.

While VPNs make geoblocking ineffective(ly), VPN is also the solution - why allow entire countries when you can already restrict access to users at the network level with a VPN?
