Good morning,
I refuse to update my TV box.
If you update without my consent, I retain the right to terminate our contract without notice. I have never used google in my life on any of my devices, and today I’m not going to start.
You’re already doing Wokism, you address me as if I were YOUR friend (you don’t like “YOUR friend”), and you have become followers of the USA. Remember the famous phrase of Henry Kissinger: “To be an enemy of America can be dangerous, but to be a friend is fatal.” You have chosen fatalism and you seek to drag us into your submission, into your sudden death like Credit Suisse, like European industry, like the European peoples altogether.
Leave my family alone!
@Anonym Hi
First of all, everyone speaks informally on the forums. As far as Google is concerned, you are wrong, because all boxes have had the Google system for many years. What’s new is the Google store for additional applications in addition to those provided by Swisscom. You don’t have to register with the Google Store. If your goal is to terminate your contract because of Google and look elsewhere, be aware that other operators’ boxes are also provided with Google’s OS.
Cordialement Doremi
Merci
@Zuwozi29 One has nothing to do with the other, the update that is now arriving on TV Box 21 is no different from the one that has already existed for almost a year On TV Box 5, the subscriptions themselves do not depend on the box used, so there will certainly be no price change following this update. This is simply an adaptation of the most recent boxes. BLuewin Mail and its decoupling from the Internet subscription have nothing to do with it.

Swisscom does not offer anything in this case, Swisscom imposes, it’s not the same.
Forcing acceptance of the Google T&Cs is rather limiting and comes on top of other unwanted changes such as the change in the minimum TV offer from 5.- to 14.90 under the pretext of improving service.
It would be nice if this update was optional or if Swisscom offered a basic box without all these unnecessary functions for many customers.
Hello @Frullimme15
To update the remote, press “Home” and go to the cogwheel on the left for settings.
Then go to System on the far right and choose Remote Control.
Under SW Version you can see if the remote control is up to date. If not, simply accept the prompt to update.

@Frullimme15 Hello
You need to consult the TV’s instruction manual. If it’s the case remote, what exactly do you want to do? Or, what is not working?
This is a forum where customers help customers, we are customers like you and no one will call you back here, you can contact the hotline 0800800800, I also advise you to remove your name from your post, this is a public forum where everyone can read, the number could be misused.
