Unsolicited Tiktok emails

  • I wish to delete the tiktok emails permanently from my email account xyz@abc.ch

    • Jeumpeutzi76 Neither me, if the address is from the domain….@tiktik.com you can block this in Webmail under “Settings” -> “E-mail” -> “Blocked senders” and the add you can write just @tiktok.com. If there are other addresses from which you don’t want to get mails, you can add them there, too.

    @Jeumpeutzi76 What do you mean exactly with tiktok e-mails? E-mails with an address xyz(at)tiktok?

    Thanks for your advice. At first I blocked each email username with “Blocked Sender”, but that didn’t work because each user first name was different.
    However, I noticed that every single one was using @hotmail.com as their internet provider, so I just blocked all incoming addresses using only that source @hotmail.com and it works.

    The last try to unsubscribe tiktok from my incoming email address did not work.

    So I have gone to reporting Tiktok as a legal problem by entering their url:- Children’s Privacy Policy | TikTok

    and reporting that their content may lead my children to inappropriate content.

    We will see if this works.

    If the messages appear to be sent from hotmail.com/de addresses, TikTok itself unfortunately won’t be able to help you, as hotmail.com is not part of their network. It looks to me, like those are spam email. If this is true, you unfortunately told them your email address is active by trying to unsubscribe, which can lead to even more spam.

    If you are using an email client, I recommend creating a rule to block the emails. You can also send them as.eml attachment to [spamreport@bluewin.ch](mailto:spamreport@bluewin.ch). This allows Swisscom to improve the filtering.
