If the messages appear to be sent from hotmail.com/de addresses, TikTok itself unfortunately won’t be able to help you, as hotmail.com is not part of their network. It looks to me, like those are spam email. If this is true, you unfortunately told them your email address is active by trying to unsubscribe, which can lead to even more spam.
If you are using an email client, I recommend creating a rule to block the emails. You can also send them as.eml attachment to [spamreport@bluewin.ch](mailto:spamreport@bluewin.ch). This allows Swisscom to improve the filtering.
