The problem with streaming now needs to be solved quickly! The suggested films must be able to be started! Then today it wasn’t even included in the program guide. Message: content is not available. Films cannot be started from the “Videos” watchlist either. I would like information by when this will be resolved and the advertised services will be available in full.😑

@Stefan3 Try whether your content can be played after resetting the TV-Box.

No, it doesn’t work, I already tried yesterday

There is absolutely nothing to do except watch the channels on live TV

again my specific question.

The following is advertised on the blue.ch website:

Latest films and series - anytime, anywhere

Comedy, action, the big Hollywood blockbusters, science fiction & fantasy and much more to stream.

24 hours of non-stop action? But certainly.

Exactly what you want – plenty of movies and series. Without commercial breaks, with subtitles and many firsts for Switzerland.

INCLUDED IN ADDITION TO THE TRANSMITTER PACKAGE
  • The streaming offer with the latest and best films and series. Additional 11 premium channels
  • Over 6000 episodes of the best series
  • New series, seasons and films every month
  • Language: German
  • Minimum contract term: 6 months
  • Notice period: 3 months

and now my question:
WHEN is this available? ONLY the channel package is currently running.

You can watch blue+ via replay like the other channels. Therefore NOW is no longer needed. You should also be able to “scroll forward” in the TV guide at least 2 weeks to see what future content will be shown. However, I haven’t tried it yet. Can another user who knows the blue+ experience help?

But that is a huge step backwards. With Now, complete series were included and not just what was on last week like in the replay.

Saying that Reply is a replacement for Now is like comparing apples and oranges

What exactly is supposed to be better about blue? So far I only see disadvantages (for Swisscom customers)

Sorry @thoems I wrote a “Seich”. You’re right, of course, that would have been a major step backwards.

I now know: With blue Max you have a streaming offer (similar to Netflix) and also some linear premium channels included.

However, as Sam wrote, there is still a bug in the app and browser on this streaming offer. You can currently only consume this on your TV-Box.

The specialists are working on ensuring that you can stream films via the browser and the app as soon as possible.

No, it doesn’t work properly via the TV box either. Top Highlight Suggestions blue max cannot be started

See video:

You have to be able to easily find and start the stream of available films/series from blue+ via the watch list, via categorical collections (e.g. comedies, etc.) via suggestions/search etc

I really hope that things don’t stay the way they are now.

(It now partially works again using the program (channel) guide, even without a reset)

What happens now with TNT Film where it actually belongs in the Blue Max package???

Pro7 Fun doesn’t know anything about what’s happening with the transmitter…

Home channel is not included in any package either…

Great Swisscom, pure chaos!

Does anyone have experience with the new Super Blue Pay TV packages? Do the channels I mentioned above work or do you have a black picture???

They are “currently with me” no longer included in the Blue Max package. (“removed” from the standard channel list (TV-Box))

Earlier again about the program guide:

    sctv2.jpg

Under “Look at the selection from the beginning”.

So it’s definitely not the case that the streaming offer via the TV-Box works “correctly”.

There has to be a solution subito…..😴

I switched to blue max. They didn’t just leave like that. (I was aware of this and decided this way for price reasons, although TNT Films almost stopped me from doing so. Price-performance, oh well🤔) I think they will be filtered out automatically if you have blue max. Another thing I think is good is that you don’t have any holes when zapping. But they are definitely no longer subscribed to the new blue max package at the moment.

To be honest, I’m glad that my Sky subscription via satellite has been running faithfully and reliably for over 5 years 👏 and everything works fine with the Sky Show app!

I have now carried out the hard reset (at the bottom of the device).

All of the problems mentioned still exist.

I think the problem descriptions have now been provided enough.

    Solutions are now expected.

    Hello @Doc, @Stefan3

Thank you for your message and the video with the problem recording.

It looks like the rollout hasn’t been completed for you yet (it happens “nahdisnah”) and therefore you can’t start the content yet. Please excuse this nuisance, it has just been forwarded internally.

@Stonck13 Your desired channels are still being negotiated. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you yet which package they will ultimately be found in. It’s best to keep your Teleclub subscription until further notice and don’t switch to blue+ until it becomes clear where the channels will be moved to. The old packages can still be used until the end of 2022, but can no longer be ordered again.

    Kind regards, Miriam

    @MiriamF,

Ok, if I select the new packages in Kundencenter, the old ones will be canceled at the same time, as you wrote. A change is possible this way. Just see this below:

Contract conditionsThe minimum subscription period for this offer is 24 months. By clicking on “Order now” you accept the General Terms and Conditions for Services, which General Data protection declaration, which Special Conditions Internet, the Special Conditions Swisscom blue TV and the [Special Conditions for Landline Telephony](https://www.swisscom.ch/ content/dam/swisscom/nl/rechts/res/bb-festnetz_de.pdf).Contractual conditions Teleclub AGThe minimum contract term is depending on the product ordered. By clicking on “Order now” you accept the Data protection declaration of Teleclub AG and the General Terms and Conditions of Teleclub AG.

What do these 24 months mean?

    Greetings Stefan

    Hi Stefan

I still owe you an answer on this. The 24 month thing had to do with another promotion and nothing to do with blue. You can ignore that. Definitely not a nice journey, I know. We are working on it.

    Kind regards, Miriam
