I recently received an advertisement on my swisscom website offering an iPad for Fr. 5.00 or similar. In the tiny print there was a note that I was taking out a subscription of some kind (not Swisscom) with the order, totaling several hundred francs! When I asked Swisscom, they replied that the ad was placed by a third-party company and that they had no influence on it. I just have to be careful…!
@GGS_Basel on YOUR website? Do you advertise there? If it is a third-party website, who operated it.
In my opinion, it should be in Swisscom’s interest to pursue such information further if it could be damaging to the business (even just for one customer).

By clicking on “Order now for free” a page opens that says "Online ordering is not possible

I received this email, but it didn’t work. I then called Swisscom. They confirmed to me that they had made this call.
I had to provide my address and lo and behold, after 3 days I received my gift. A little later I received an apology email. In this state that there was a disturbance. For this reason I couldn’t log in. Thank you. Maybe it would be good to inquire first instead of deleting everything. Many thanks to Swisscom
