No internet despite full WiFi reception

  • Despite full WiFi reception (Internet-Box 2), we sometimes have no internet. TV runs without any problems, so it’s clear to me that internet is available. But despite full WiFi reception, no internet on the portable devices…

    I have already replaced the box, but the problem could not be solved… Did I accidentally receive an exchange box that was exactly the same broken or where else could I look for the error?

      Yes, I only use the new boxes. The problem has been going on for 2-3 weeks, out of nowhere - I haven’t made any changes.

      I was advised to change SSID and PW; I’ll try that then.
