First impression good but

A woman’s head in the profile bothers me.

There is also no option to specify/change gender (is it estimated by first name?)

No head (as in Kundencenter) would possibly be better than the wrong one… right?

If you take into account how many topics, menus and submenus are accessible with this app, a lot of effort has been made to ensure that the user gets to their goal quickly and doesn’t lose track.

However, I’m not a fan of such overloaded apps on a 4.7 inch screen. If I need to query or change something in this area (which is very rarely the case), I prefer to wait until I can access the Kundencenter at home or in the shop with a 27-inch laptop. Because at the moment I can’t think of any use case where I would urgently need to use the app while on the go.

What’s annoying are the cookie declaration pop-ups that keep popping up in this app.

A dark mode would be nice to have as a switchable option.

I agree with @hed.

Not all information is truly “relevant” when viewed on mobile. An “Expert” mode like in the Internet box might be helpful here, where you can display more information as needed.

  • Another thing I noticed is that I am regularly logged out. I don’t have to enter my phone number and password again, but I do have to tap the login button on StartView first.
  • The thing with the cookie popups is probably the case because the app is based on Angular or another Typescript-based web language. Therefore, Alerts such as “Invoice overdue” or “Iinclusive units used up” would certainly also be useful.
  • A Darkmode would certainly be an extreme nice-to-have. MySwisscom would certainly be one of the first Swiss apps with this functionality.
  • What still bothers me a bit is that the system fonts are not adopted… For example, I’ve already tried fonts like “Google Sans” or “Emirates Bold”, but a generic font can be seen in the app. With MyCloud, this is adapted to the device.
  • In addition, the two menu items on the left and right are in German, but the one in the middle “Products” is in English.

All I can say is hats off. (Android French interface)
Like @hed and others, I’m not necessarily a fan of apps like this.

In this case I’m amazed at how well structured it is and how good the French surface is (the French will be happy about that!).

Apart from “products” (French Produits) as already mentioned in German, I (so far) only find “dérangements de courant” (should be called Dérangement en cours) in the help.

What always bothered me about HD Davos was that I didn’t have access to “blocked calls”. With this app I can quickly watch on my cell phone without having to go to the PC.
I will probably also be able to top up my prepaid card with this app (it doesn’t work yet as the French warns).
I wouldn’t necessarily want to create a TV channel list on the app.
If the channel language were specified (it should be possible) it would be more likely.

If each station has a description (how to access it [https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/abos-tarife/inone-home/digital-tv/sender.html#cl%5Bdevice%5D%5B%5D=tv](https://www. swisscom.ch/de/private customers/abos-tariffs/inone-home/digital-tv/sender.html#cl%5Bdevice%5D%5B%5D=tv “sender”) could be accessed, the app would be even better than in the customer center.

If “Overview / Printing” also mentioned the language, a wish that many users have expressed for years would be fulfilled.

@AdrianW

It would be interesting to find out how many percent of Swisscom customers have downloaded this app on their smartphones and how many of them use the app regularly.

Are there any numbers for this?

Which browser do you have? If it’s not Safari, try it again!

Then you received two separate emails for Android and IOS or one for both? The newest one should have both and that should work…

If that doesn’t work, try it on the PC. Then you can possibly transfer the config file to the mobile phone…

Hello everyone

I have now installed the app and find it visually very appealing.

The long loading times are a bit annoying, and sometimes the screen remains gray. Otherwise it runs very well and smoothly 🙂

First test conclusion:

-Design very good

-Inertia on certain sides v. a. Channel lists and shop finder

-all points work so far/many functions

-If you want to display WiFi passwords, you should immediately see which network is 2.4 and 5GHz

-For links it shouldn’t look like a web link at the top

-mycloud has a 2nd entry with empty hyphens that may be used to register. There may be an understandable button to add

-when you open the landline it says “telephony” at the top

Keep it up Swisscom!

greetings Albatross
