Wow, really working hard again! Thank you very much for the feedback. We are truly a bit overwhelmed. This is because we also test the app with employees. If my/our answers are a bit sparse, please donāt take it as a lack of interest. We have to process this internally.
@DomiP Yes, today you have to log in very often. We are still discussing this at the moment.
With the PDF thing, does this also happen with documents under āActivityā?
@Chips Yes, good questions. In principle there is an update every two weeks. Next update is planned for the middle of next week. š
Iām on vacation next week so I wonāt respond. Ev. finds @CamielC some time. He will definitely read along. š

Iāve now tested it and the result is almost worse than with the invoices themselves: If I try to open an entry where a document is attached - i.e. one with a paper clip - the app crashes completely. š

Itās really cool how youāre putting in the effort here. This shows wonderfully how much additional eyes and perspectives can bring here :-) AdrianW is actually currently on vacation (heās blessedā¦). However, the feedback will be monitored and he will report back here after his vacation.

Thatās right, I was in the wrong movie, I thought it was about Kundencenterā¦
But how do you know that I donāt have the app???
Because I have themā¦ š š š
ā¦and I just tried it again: Whow! Very well laid out for the small phone screen!

To avoid confusion:
I previously wrote about the āMySwisscom App for Androidā which I downloaded last November or so.
I didnāt use it at first, but only now after I used the Kundencenter on the PC and installed the new router⦠š
Of course it would be nice if we could also write about the design of the customer center on the PC š
Exactly, some here, including @Chips and @Jean-Pierre_Feron (who are currently appearing in the proposals) and also me, are allowed to test a new version that will be reserved for the public.
The test started about 3 weeks ago, which is why youāre talking about the regular app. š š
And as @ThomasS mentioned, we were included in the pool for the KuCe. However, this is regulated externally (i.e. not in the community). Releases with new functions are being created and we can discuss them as soon as they have been activated by the developers in the Lounge - Myswisscom thread.š
But I think that the first release can be expected from next week. š¤

@eho-ems The registration deadline for registering with this app has already expired for around three weeks. I donāt think you can be added to the system now - since youāve only just āappearedā in the community.
Youāll have to check with the moderators (including @AdrianW, especially during the well-deserved holidays) to see whether this is still possible.

So to clear up the confusion here š
@eho-ems You have registered to take part in future tests on My Swisscom Kundencenter (the website). You were informed about this via private message and saw a test board in the lounge.
You did not sign up for the app test. The registration period for this is over. The app you downloaded is probably the regular version. However, this topic is there for feedback from users who are testing the test version of the app.
Iāll answer your feedback about the community via PM~. Iāll correct you, Iād like to clarify with you via PM, but if you donāt allow private messages in your settings, I canāt send you anything.
@DomiP Thanks for the support. I donāt think we can expect a test regarding Kundencenter any time soon, but weāll see. š

Hello and thank you very much for the clarifications, I can now move on!
- The app test wasnāt my goal at all, I guess I let the established app testers drive me crazy š
- I would like to test the Kundencenter website and give feedback from the perspective of a normal user under Win10 (especially graphics and AV programs) who uses the router for Internet, TV and telephony (including SIP).
- Iām not a proframing freak or hacker, I just want to use tools that are as easy to use and clear as possible š and I can certainly contribute to this since I used to write and format manuals for industrial devices.
- Thank you for the tip about my settings, š¤ I corrected them and am eagerly awaiting your private messages š
Wow, I have to say, after the first update the app runs much smoother for me.
Many known bugs have been fixed, but I noticed some again:
- If you have a long name, it will simply be cut off when greeting you. Apparently a padding or a break is missing here.
- The You/They scenario is still very inconsistent.
- The login does not always work. It took me about 4 attempts before I was redirectedā¦
