You can find the option in My Swisscom Kundencenter under your TV subscription > individualize your TV experience.

I have clarified your case with the developers of My Swisscom. Apparently there is something wrong with your login, which is why the menu item in question is not displayed. The colleagues are now looking at it, but cannot say when exactly it will be fixed.
I would therefore like to recommend that you report the termination of Teleclub via chat or the hotline so that you can do this promptly. Please excuse the inconvenience.
