Well, I was wondering exactly that.

Today I pay for an infinity XL which my mobile products cannot take advantage of because the wifi is capped well below this speed.

I’ve already had to pay pennies to take advantage of the 4K TV box while new customers have it for free.

Am I going to have to pay a lot of money to have a modem that finally meets my needs and the subscription I’m paying? (for mobile devices at least).

It would still be stupid and not very fino from swisscom 😉

I downgraded from Vivo M to Vivos S through my customer area and for 99fr, I had the choice for the same price between the standard box or the Internet box 2 the choice was quickly made and I received them in the mail this morning but not yet on the way.

Very sincerely, when we give them the maximum per month, with a Vivo XL, they could give us the preferential rate…
From an administrative point of view, it would be smarter than having to downgrade and then upgrade your subscription.
It’s getting ridiculous.

Yes, you should try calling them and see if you can get the free service.

For my part like the Vivo M in copper, I don’t have the speed of this subscription at all, I decided to change to the Vivo S since they increased the speed of this one and there when changing the subscription on my customer area, I came across the new router with a 200. - discount and well, I took advantage of it.

if your current internet box is under warranty, it will be replaced by the same model. If you wish to purchase it, you will be charged CHF 99.-; A discount of CHF 200.- will be offered to you on this new product.

I have just placed an order through the Swisscom chat and I actually confirm the price of CHF 99.-, in my case (Vivo XL), without change of subscription 🙂
