You better resolve your binding issues. No Internet, no phone and no television since last night. I have been offered a technician for Monday, November 21 in the afternoon!! Scandalous

Oops you are missing, a little polite “hello” plus your post has nothing to do with this forum and your Internet works to write your subject. We are simple users like you. We will not solve your linking problems.

Cordialement

Good evening,

Just to thank Swisscom for this commercial gesture which I appreciate very much and certainly like all the other customers.

Have a great weekend everyone and - a little early - best wishes for the end of the year.

Good morning,

Currently with a Vivo M subscription, I called 0800 800 800 to order an internet box 2 and I was refused the preferential rate.

Internal communication problem? Is there really a discount for existing customers?

Thanks in advance.

Hello @nidrig

Internet Box 2 received just now. I ordered it on Thursday from the Swisscom chat and they confirmed the price of CHF 99.-.
So the offer does exist…, then do certain conditions have to be met? Only a Swisscom agent, on this forum, or on the hotline/chat will be able to go into details.

Thank you for your answers.

Apparently, internal communication problems. I went through the chat as recommended above and the price was 99.-

Hello @ZoéC and thank you for these details.
It is very nice to see that as current customers, our loyalty is rewarded 🤣

However, I wonder who the price of CHF 299.- is for, if new customers get it for free and current customers get the preferential price of CHF 99.-? 😉
Just curious…

I have the same subscription as you and called this morning at 8am, they sent me the box for 99 francs.

Hello @mikee,

Customers who were not mentioned in the message from @StéphanieC will have to pay the new Internet-Box 2 at the price of CHF 299.-.

Beautiful day

@mikee

Basically it’s purely marketing, they indicate a totally artificial price that no one will pay and they make you believe that they are giving you a gift by offering you a much lower price… 😉

It doesn’t matter how it’s presented, as long as you get the new box for 99.- it’s fine with me…

@Laurent_g83

Good morning,

I don’t think so, I ordered the standard internet box last September there was an offer for 99.- instead of 199.- I didn’t know and I paid 199.- so internet box 2 is good at 299.-

good afternoon

In fact, this morning I checked my costs online and oh, surprise, I see that the internet box 2, ordered Friday November 18, is billed to me at CHF 299.-.

So I contacted the Swisscom hotline. The latter told me that there is a credit of CHF 200.- on my account which will be applied to the December invoice. However, I do not see this credit on my current costs.

ABE.

    Don’t panic until you receive the invoice…

    What you see in the customer area only concerns the expenses you have made (“Control of costs”). Discounts and other benefits will only appear on the invoice

    Under Bills & Fees -> Current Usage & Fees.

    Then it depends on the services to which you subscribe (mobile, etc.). For my part, the information is under a tab with the sweet name BSC:BAC:..etc.
