@Anonymous

Is the small correction to make phone calls via a VPN connection?

If not, it would be a shame if this error continued until April. In my opinion, a high prioritization for the next betas would be desirable.

Wanted to update the IB 2 today (was a beta tester regarding router firmware.

Unfortunately an old version is offered on the SC homepage.

Now I have it back on the box:

Installed firmware version: 08.00.50/08.00.58/01103

How do I get the version that SC gives below? (08.01.06)

Has been corrected:smileyhappy:.

Yes, it is advisable to do network cabling or, as a minimum, a fiber optic extension into a room.
And if you do network cabling, also a 230V Anschluss.

This person is called an electrical installer. She can do it all from one source x)

That is clear. 🙂
ABEEEER: Customer is pissed because he thinks the SC should do this. Management went out of their way and said they only provide cable connections in all rooms…

If the customer interprets the Swisscom service in this way - probably because of the high monthly fees - then so be it.

If you now penetrate this market, you can also enjoy listening to this daily shizzle from customers who “think” 🙂

I don’t know where Swisscom’s marketing is going. But if you want to offer everything and can’t deliver, well.

That’s like selling routers for 99.-. Even if I have high sales, I still can’t really call it a success. At best, this is cross-financing if it works. But it certainly serves the greed is horny mentality.

Why? What are the arguments that Swisscom should do it?

Hello!

I’ve been using the box for a few days and connected a WD Passport 2 TB for data backup. Access via smartphone/app works perfectly. Performance is sufficient for my private needs. The only thing I can’t find anywhere is how to get the photos from the I-B onto the TV via Swisscom TV…

Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you very much!

Thanks for the quick reply. I don’t have a UHD box. I thought I would find the Internet box somewhere in the Swisscom TV 2.0 box since they are on the same network. I’m not that familiar with DNLA etc….

Did you give permission on the IB under - Applications - Central Storage -?

Aha… Any idea how I can get the photos from the IB2 onto the TV?

Or get the photos - e.g. via Apple TV - on their TV at friends’ homes via SmartPhone / Internet Box app?
