Since yesterday evening at around 9:32 p.m., the error you reported here has been occurring in the regions of Lucerne, Bern, Interlaken, Biel and Lausanne. The specialists worked throughout the night to fix it. We can currently say that the error no longer occurs in the Bern, Biel, Lausanne and Interlaken regions. the problem has been resolved. Our customers in the Lucerne region have also no longer felt any restrictions on the Swisscom TV service since 7:00 a.m.

The Internet service, telephony over the Internet (Voice over IP) and classic telephony (TDM) were never affected by the disruption. The whole thing was triggered by an error in the provision of the multicast signal, which is the prerequisite for live TV.

Our technicians will continue to monitor the systems throughout the day. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The problem of signal loss does not only exist in French-speaking Switzerland, as you can read. I have the same problem in the Bern area, although it tells me that there are no problems in this area.

Swisscom TV was affected for some customers in individual areas of the cantons of Bern, Lucerne, Vaud and Neuchatel.

In the meantime, our specialists were able to implement a temporary solution, thanks to which Swisscom TV works with the usual quality. We continue to work on a definitive solution. All systems are under observation.

Apparently the error has now crept into eastern Switzerland.

Frauenfeld area same problem. (Transmitters fall out and have to be reactivated again and again.)

Internet as such is fine)

Malfunction only with Swisscom TV.

Wanted to watch the ice hockey game Biel vs. Rapperswil on Teleclub. I was able to rent and pay for the post, but I couldn’t see it! A huge bummer… If I had known that I would have gone to Rapperswil SG!

But now it’s starting to get a bit tedious. Because the whole thing starts again in the Bern area. Eann stops this???
