  • I am sorry, it does not work, while Swisscom does not accept or respond to foreign phone numbers. I submitted multiple times a form with my repots and questions: no response

  • Replacement of router: Swisscom's lack of communication

End of July there were Swisscom works in this region; suddenly our router fell out. A repair worker first changed something in the outside entrance of electricity (a ‘bridge’) and then found out that the router did not work any more, and replaced it: about 300 SFr costs. We send five time or so contact forms to claim that the router might be broken down because of the Swisscom works; in the report of repair person, no mention was made about repairing the bridge, and no mention of the increase of speed which could have caused the problem. Onze we use the free phone number: the service staff promised us to call back: it never happened. On the contact form you must provide Swisscom with your phone number: the form only accepts swiss numbers, not our Dutch handy number; I wrote several times in the message in the form what our number is, and that I was unable to provide our number in the form itself. Nothing happened, nothing happens. I do not think anything will happen.

If anybody could give us advice how to deal with the not so client friendly swisscom client service, please do. and what will happen if we do not pay the repair invoice? Any experience with that?

    Kind regards,

    Gerrit
