  • @Werner my problem has now been solved. Last night our account was migrated to the new platform (received an email and it looks different, a tour came, etc.). Although I removed the other two email addresses on Tuesday and emptied the entire account of the one that remains, we were still switched from Pro to the paid Basic. I was able to change that before.

    A few days ago I emptied all email addresses except one and also the entire email account that we still have.

    This night I still got the message that we were using Email Pro and had been switched to Basic.

    However, I was now able to change it in the corresponding menu. This simply as information. Maybe because we have an old SME subscription, it didn’t work or the preparations for the changes were made earlier, etc.

    We still have an old SME package (will be converted once we no longer have any problems, including the new Centro Buisness 3.0).

    We have now transferred two out of three email addresses from our Pro Mail subscription to other accounts. Now there is only one email address left in the account.

    Can we only switch the Pro (now only with an email address) to the new platform after the migrated changeover as you explained (for Basic subscription) or will it perhaps be done by Swisscom because only an email address is required? Address is used automatically switched to Light due to our changes today?

    Is this roughly the same procedure as you explained with Basic, i.e. wait and see and we don’t have to do anything else at the moment?
