  • Remove unused TV box from account

The title says it all. I just can’t get a TV Box that I no longer use out of my my swisscom account.

Thanks for all the valuable tips!

    • You want to sell subscriptions. That’s not very plausible. Those who have previously rented will not purchase a subscription. Precisely because they are casual viewers and this was a very good product for these customers. Now this income is no longer available. This group of customers will not buy a subscription for a few games per month.

    • Yes, of course! That’s why you’ll soon no longer be able to get any software without a subscription. But the rental model has become established at Swisscom. Logically, there were also months in which I reached the subscription price by renting. But very rarely.

This is how many of my acquaintances and friends feel. I was happy to pay the 7.50 Fr each time I had a great evening with colleagues at my house. But the subscription for…I don’t know exactly…about 35 Stutz is just not worth it for me.

    • Rent football games

    • Hello everyone

Why can you no longer rent football games at Swisscom TV, but now have to take out a subscription?

I like to watch a mud every now and then. But not regularly. A subscription doesn’t make sense to me. Renting was a great thing.

But that’s how it is for a lot of people. But apparently you have to throw away everything that has proven itself over the years.

      Just a shame!

      Kind regards

Man will Abos verkaufen.

    • Foreign Internet and Swisscom TV

    • Hello,

my neighbor would like to use Swisscom TV. However, he would like to leave his Internet subscription with his current provider. For whatever reason.

Question is it even possible to just take out a TV Blue subscription? I’m not entirely sure about that.

    • Adjust the Sonos Playbar volume with the Swisscom TV 2.0 remote control

      Hello everyone,

I use Swisscom TV 2.0 and currently a Sonos system with 2 Play 3 and Sub, which are configured independently of the TV.

Now I would like to get a soundbar and of course connect it to the Swisscom Box with an optical cable to create a 5.1 zone with the sub and the two Play3 and a configuration with only a Playbar. Am I correct in assuming that this is the case?

      1. works and

      2. that I can then control the volume as before with the Swisscom remote control.

If I connect the optical cable from the soundbar directly to the TV, I can only use the Samsung remote control for volume control and then have to do without the options of the Swisscom remote control because it is a Bluetooth FB. Logically, we could constantly change the remote controls or Take a multifunction remote control such as a Logitech Harmonie. But everything in our household should remain as compatible with women as possible.

      Thanks for your answers!
