½ day without a car and unfortunately no one speaks German there

I’m part of the older generation, bought a new cell phone and now nothing works properly. New SIM has already been entered incorrectly twice. Now I can’t do anything, I’ve already paid 80 Fr. and now another 40 to activate the SIM. I’ll wait half a year now and then for Set it aside for a year, currently have a cheap Postfinanz subscription, and then change!!
