    It is now clear to me based on your answers that the normal minimum term of 6 months also applies to this 3-month promo subscription. But I would never have signed a contract like that. It all depends on what I was told on the phone when I was sold this promo. I am a long-time customer etc. and Swisscom is offering 3 months of bluemax free as a gift. Nothing about minimum term. I don’t read any AGS’s to see what it looks like after 3 months.

    There is nothing about the minimum term in the confirmation email from Swisscom. I also have no knowledge of the terms and conditions or minimum term for this telephone promo. The person on the phone said that it was even possible to cancel using TV-Box once it had expired. But I really couldn’t do that.

    This promo just leaves a bad aftertaste. It’s a shame for Swisscom’s image.

    I would like to cancel my blue max subscription in good time.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to log in on the Swisscom bluewin website as to how you can cancel blue max. You meander around the page and can only order the service but cannot unsubscribe. That’s pretty annoying. Or does the termination have to be made in writing by post?
