The horror with this internet connection.
I am like you, continually confronted with a network outage for several weeks. this morning approximately every 10 minutes.
I’m on optical fiber with excellent performance (>200MB) when it works. but when to be sure that it works.
Unfortunately SWISSCOM does not seem to give importance to this subject, and to its customers: the answer tell us what is wrong we will be happy to come… have you seen them before?
another subject same problem: I have a problem with telephone access to my home 3 emails sent, but see them? without worry, no need for a concierge. no reaction.
