  • The horror with this internet connection.

    I am like you, continually confronted with a network outage for several weeks. this morning approximately every 10 minutes.

    I’m on optical fiber with excellent performance (>200MB) when it works. but when to be sure that it works.

    Unfortunately SWISSCOM does not seem to give importance to this subject, and to its customers: the answer tell us what is wrong we will be happy to come… have you seen them before?

    another subject same problem: I have a problem with telephone access to my home 3 emails sent, but see them? without worry, no need for a concierge. no reaction.

  • Good evening, we are victims of the same phenomenon, and we are the 2 residents of the same house to suffer these painful cuts. Really painful because this has been going on since November.

    the devotion of our electrician and the kindness of the Swisscom correspondent(s) did nothing. here we are on 3 floors so I traveled 5 times 2×3 floors… to cut off and reactivate the modem the box and…. during the holiday period it’s perfect for the line but not for the TV. as a result I returned to Citycable hoping that in 2014 Swisscom will do the right thing without délai. afterwards I will become evil for market leader
