Why didn’t you switch Rai Movie, Boing and Cartoonito IT to HD?? In Italy they have only been available on HD for several months.

The whole thing feels more and more like a joke (see also XL) and is simply a disgrace.

Exactly, the visual radios are simply normal DVB-T channels, I’d better not say anything about the two “regional” ones. 😂

But after Pretty TV etc., I wouldn’t be surprised if Swisscom sold such channels as “premium”. 🤣

I canceled the Canal + Family package for 06.30.2023 and subsequently I also wanted to switch from “XL” to “L” TV, which should be instantaneous but I can’t do it because the cancellation order is “processing” (usually takes a few hours at most). I suspect that it will remain like this until 06.30, is it possible? Does this mean I can no longer make any changes to my TV subscription for over a month? 🤔
