Hello everyone!

Has anyone ever experienced the great frustration of seeing their TV-Box turn on and have sound, but not having any images on their television? This problem has been occurring since we “merged” the remotes for the TV and Swisscom Box so that the latter can also control the TV.

I had a promotion on international calls which is about to expire. I would actually no longer like to benefit from this option which will become chargeable but above all which I will no longer use, the whole family having now returned to Switzerland. How to remove this option from MySwisscom? THANKS!!!!!
